The Evolution Tower (Russian: Эволюция) is a skyscraper currently under construction on plot 2 and 3 as part of the Moscow International Business Center in Moscow, Russia. Each floor will be twisted 3° in relation to the preceding one, totaling 135°.[2] Construction of the tower began in 2007, and was planned to be completed in 2013, but the project is currently on-hold.
